Delivery
Every UK order is sent tracked, with the delivery on us. We dispatch within 2 working days and most bags arrive 2 to 3 working days after that. You will receive a tracking link the moment it leaves.
If you need it sooner, choose Express at checkout for £7 and we will send it on the next working day.
We also send to the European Union (£15, 5 to 10 working days) and to a list of countries further afield (£24, 7 to 14 working days). Prices outside the UK do not include local duties and taxes, which are collected by the carrier before delivery. We would rather tell you that now than surprise you at the door.
Returns
You have 30 days from the day your bag arrives to decide. If it is not right, write to support@arvellebags.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid UK return label. Send the bag back unused, in the condition it arrived, with its pouch, straps and charm, and we will refund the full price to your original payment method within 5 working days of its arrival with us.
Returns from outside the UK are welcome within the same 30 days; the return postage is yours and the refund is the price of the bag.
We do not offer exchanges as such, because a return and a new order is quicker for you. Order the colour you want whenever you like, and send the first one back at your leisure within the 30 days.
The guarantee
Every ARVELLE bag is guaranteed for 12 months from delivery against faults in the making: a seam that opens, a strap that fails, a clasp that stops closing. Write to us with a photograph and we will repair it, replace it or refund it, whichever is quicker for you. Wear from use, rain and the occasional unkind pavement are not faults, but write anyway. We can usually help.
