United Kingdom. Complimentary tracked delivery on every order. We dispatch within 2 working days and most bags arrive 2 to 3 working days after that. Express delivery is £7 and is sent on the next working day. You will receive a tracking link by email when your bag leaves.
European Union. £15 per order, 5 to 10 working days from dispatch.
Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United States. £24 per order, 7 to 14 working days from dispatch.
Duties and taxes. Prices outside the United Kingdom do not include local import duties or taxes. These are collected by the carrier before delivery and vary by country. We would rather tell you now than surprise you at the door.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend are treated as placed on Monday.
If something goes wrong. If your bag has not arrived within the times above, or arrives damaged, email support@arvellebags.com within 7 days with your order number and a photograph of any damage, and we will put it right at our cost.
