Last updated 23 September 2026. These are the terms on which we sell to you through this store. They are written to be read, and nothing in them takes away rights you have by law.
1. Who we are. ARVELLE, 45 Craigie Loanings, Aberdeen AB25 2PS, United Kingdom, trading at arvellebags.com. Email support@arvellebags.com. "You" are the person placing an order.
2. Ordering. When you place an order we send an acknowledgement. The contract is formed when we send you the dispatch email. If we cannot supply a bag, because it has sold out or a price was shown in error, we will tell you promptly and refund anything you have paid.
3. Prices. Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Our prices do not change during sales because we do not hold them, and we do not offer retrospective price adjustments.
4. Delivery. As set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the bag passes to you when it is delivered to the address you gave. Ownership passes when we have received payment in full.
5. Returns, cancellation and the guarantee. As set out in our returns and refunds policy. You have a legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; our 30 day returns period includes and extends that right.
6. Descriptions. We describe every bag with its true measurements and its material in plain words, and we photograph it at true size. Colours are shown as accurately as screens allow. Hand strung and hand woven details vary slightly from bag to bag, and that variation is part of the making, not a fault.
7. See it on you. The try-on preview is an illustration generated by an image model from the photograph you upload. It is indicative of size and colour and is not a photograph of the bag on you. By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it. Photos are processed once and not stored.
8. Our content. The words, photographs, films and designs on this site belong to us. You are welcome to share them with credit, and not to sell them.
9. Your information. How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
10. Liability. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Complaints. Write to us first, at support@arvellebags.com. We answer within one working day and we resolve most things in that reply. If we cannot, Citizens Advice can tell you what to do next, and nothing here stops you taking the matter further.
12. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also rely on the law of the country you live in, and you can bring proceedings there.
